My family has called Ossipee home for generations, and real estate has long been part of our story. My grandfather, Roger Busch, owned Busch Real Estate and helped develop several familiar parts of the region, including Indian Mound Golf Course, Indian Mound Shopping Center, the Windsock community, and Moultonborough Airport. I grew up seeing how real estate, business, and thoughtful development can shape a community for decades.

My own connection to this area runs deep. I have built businesses here, raised my family here, founded the Ossipee Economic Development Council, and served on the Ossipee Planning Board. Those experiences have given me a practical understanding of property ownership, land use, local regulations, and the questions that matter to buyers, sellers, and landowners.

As a business owner, I have learned to look beyond the surface, ask good questions, and understand the numbers before making a decision. I bring that same approach to real estate, whether you are buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, exploring a commercial opportunity, or investing in land.

Through White Mountain Property Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty, I work with buyers, sellers, landowners, and investors throughout New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and White Mountains.
